Leadership Training
The information presented here is designed to help the Outpost Leader take advantage of all the opportunities to increase and improve their skills, leadership, and mentoring abilities. There are four training advancement levels for adult leaders, each of which includes training elements and practical application requirements. Training elements are completed during training events while practical applications requirements are completed by the individual after the training. These practical applications are completed on the honor system.
The four levels are READY, SAFETY, TRAINED, and ADVANCED. We have included links to the National Royal Rangers website for each of the four areas if you would like additional information. These four levels do not have to be taken in any specific order. If Ranger Essentials is availble before you have completed Ranger Basics then take the available course.
Continuous Lerning Opportunities or Action Camps are also available and leaders are encouraged to take them as you can when they become available. This will keep your involvement in the Royal Rangers Ministry fresh and exciting. Take advantage of every event available to help you grow yourself and your outpost.
